  My beloved sister, Merle Lorraine Anderson, was funeralized by Wisemans Funeral Home,,. Her funeral was last Thursday. I endured a horrifying experience with Ms. Michele Wiseman during the family viewing of the funeral service. The deceased, Ms. Anderson was my baby sister and I was/still am stricken with grief. As I viewed my sister for the last time I lifted a lace veil to kiss her, at that time Ms. Wiseman approached me, literally elbowed me to the side and said I am doing this (lifting the veil). Later, as I stood there viewing my sister for the last time, she said to me abruptly, I am closing this casket and began to close the lid. I was so shocked at her approach and manner that I just stood there for a moment. Ms. Wiseman was very brusque, curt, impolite and rude. I was startled. I said to my niece, the deceased's daughter I don't like the way that lady spoke to me and I am going to say something to her about it after the service. You can't imagine how shocked I was to learn that this impolite person was the owner, Ms. Michele Wiseman. I looked for her at the cemetery, but she was not there. Ms. Wiseman was very unprofessional and extremely insensitive. I read were Wiseman's offers grief counseling.Ms. Wiswman needs to take a course in counseling grieving family members her approach is deplorable to say the least.

  I was so lost trying to plan the funeral services for my son. I just wanted something nice and simple. When I was reffered to the Wiseman Funeral Home it was the best thing that could have happened to me. Mrs. Wiseman and her staff did an amazing job. I will forever be greatful for everything. Thank you so much you really made this sad mom happy. Have a blessed day.
